The following is a detailed description of each card and their actions for Research, Discover and Showcase. The cards are in alphabetical order by name.
Crimson Finale!
Research: Optionally, collect 2 Red Sparks from the general supply (if available) and add them to your own supply. You may choose to collect all, some or none of them.
Discover: Optionally, collect 1 Red Spark from the supply (if available) and add them to your own supply.
Showcase: Mandatory, if you intend to Showcase the card. Pay 5 Red Sparks from your supply and return them to the general supply.
Emerald Wave!
Research: Optionally, collect 1 Red, Yellow or Blue Spark from the general supply (if available) and add it to your own supply.
Discover: Optionally, collect 2 Sparks from the supply in any combination of Red, Yellow and Blue (if available) and add them to your own supply. You may choose to collect all, some or none of them.
Showcase: Mandatory, if you intend to Showcase the card. Pay 1 Green Spark from your supply and return it to the general supply. Additionally, give either 1 Yellow Spark or 1 Blue Spark from your supply to your opponent’s supply.

Exchanges Explained
When you see this icon, you may perform 0 or 1 Exchange actions.
When you see this icon, you may perform 0, 1 or 2 Exchange actions.
The Exchange Action
With 1 Exchange action, you may exchange Sparks between your supply and the general supply in one of the following ways (provided the required Sparks are in your supply and the general supply):
- Return 1 Red Spark and 1 Yellow Spark from your supply to the general supply, then take 1 Orange Spark from the general supply into your supply.
- Return 1 Red Spark and 1 Blue Spark from your supply to the general supply, then take 1 Purple Spark from the general supply into your supply.
- Return 1 Yellow Spark and 1 Blue Spark from your supply to the general supply, then take 1 Green Spark from the general supply into your supply.
- Return 1 Orange Spark from your supply to the general supply, then take 1 Yellow Spark and 1 Red Spark from the general supply into your supply.
- Return 1 Purple Spark from your supply to the general supply, then take 1 Blue Spark and 1 Red Spark from the general supply into your supply.
- Return 1 Green Spark from your supply to the general supply, then take 1 Blue Spark and 1 Yellow Spark from the general supply into your supply.
Or, More Simply…
- Give Red and Yellow then take an Orange.
- Give Red and Blue then take a Purple.
- Give Yellow and Blue then take a Green.
- Give an Orange then take a Yellow and a Red.
- Give a Purple then take a Blue and a Red.
