Shipping

Orders placed on this site are typically shipped within seven days of the order, unless otherwise specified.

Missing or Damaged Parts

If a product arrives with missing or damaged parts, please report the issue and the missing or damaged part will be replaced at no charge.

Returns and Refunds (United States Only)

Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products shipped within the United States.

Eligible returns include products in new or slightly used condition, including items that have been opened or lightly used. Defective products are eligible regardless of use.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item and issued to the original payment method when possible. If that method is unavailable, a company check will be issued.

Exchanges are not accepted. To receive a different item, the original item must be returned for a refund and a new order placed.

Digital Products

Digital or virtual products are not eligible for refunds.
